Park Hotel Residence

the Hotel is situated on the main road through Orbetello with parking all round the building. The Reception was manned 24/7 and late check-in was easy after going through the online check-in during the day. It's a 5 minute walk to the center with restaurants, cafes and bars dotted around. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and all facilities available in the room worked. The bathroom was spacious and well maintained. The breakfast was well worth the extra, which we paid on checkout, with a wide array of choices for an Italian breakfast.

Hotel right in the center of town, very walkable to many things. We were only there overnight because we were on our way from Venice to Amaseno, Italy. It is too long a trip for us to do in one day. Breakfast was excellent Older hotel, but they keep it clean and newer furnishings. We had a beautiful view from the balcony, and it is in a small, but pleasant town.

Good location, friendly reception staff, air conditioned comfortable room (a room with two double beds) - all we needed to refresh and overnight.

Central location, very clean, friendly and helpful staff (in particular Andrea), a nice breakfast, AC that works well, bike rental available. Nothing very luxurious but a well-run local hotel.

Beautiful hotel in good location (3km from railway station). Check-in in advance on internet (no documents needed once you arrive). Kind and friendly staff, clean and well equipped room with big balcony.
